My mission is to give you the keys to a healthier, more resilient body.
A body where you feel at home, empowered and capable.
What is Osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a holistic, hands-on approach that focuses on the muscles, bones, joints, tendons, fascia and connective tissue and their impact on overall health and well-being.
I use a combination of manual techniques, such as joint manipulation, stretching, postural assessment, exercise therapy, and massage, to diagnose, treat, and prevent a wide range of health issues, including
back pain
neck pain
sports injuries
knee and hip pain
frozen shoulder
arthritic pain
fibromyalgia
tennis elbow
muscle tension
Sounds great, how does it work?

Your body has self-healing mechanisms, and its structure and function are closely interrelated. By improving less functional parts of the musculoskeletal system, we can enhance the body's natural healing abilities and promote overall health. It can even enhance your feeling of joy and freedom in movement, and improve performance and enjoyment in sports, work and other leisure activities.
Osteopathy is often used to treat musculoskeletal pain, such as back and neck pain, joint problems, and sports injuries. It can also be effective in managing other conditions, including headaches, digestive disorders, and respiratory problems. Osteopathic treatments are gentle and non-invasive, making them suitable for people of all ages, from infants to the elderly.
Who are osteopaths?
Osteopathy is a complementary and holistic medicine, practiced by licensed healthcare professionals - called osteopaths. We undergo rigorous training and education, which includes a strong emphasis on anatomy, physiology, and manual techniques, to provide safe and effective care to our patients.
We are one of 14 Allied Health Professions recognised by NHS and are regulated by the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC). To practice osteopathy in the UK as a member of the GOsC I am committed to the highest levels of professionalism and safe and effective practice and I must attend continuing professional development and supervised training on a regular basis.
I am also a member of the Institute of Osteopathy and am fully insured to practice osteopathy, massage and exercise therapy in the UK.
